ABOUT KTB PILATES
My Pilates classes focus on strengthening the body (the core muscles),
improving joint mobility and increasing flexibility.

All my classes incorporate the principles of Pilates:

Concentration – Focusing fully on the exercise.

Breathing – Breathing fully into the ribcage to engage the deep abdominal muscles.

Centering – focusing on the movements of the exercise coming from the core, engaging deep abdominal muscles.

Precision – Focusing on correct alignment of the body, focusing on her correct posture for her body.

Control – Controlling the movements of an exercise.

Body awareness – Learning about your body’s strengths and weaknesses through performing the exercises.

Above all my classes are friendly and relaxed, which is an ideal environment to try out all the Pilates exercises with like-minded people.
Pilates Classes
I believe Pilates should be accessible for everyone, so my classes are aimed at beginners, intermediate and advanced abilities.
Exercises are layered so that clients can work at their own level, I always provide adaptations and modifications to suit different body requirements.
