Class information:
Prices:
Classes are taught in term time blocks (normally around 5, 6 or 7 weeks), the classes are £8 each.
If clients can not make a class, they can attend one of the other classes to make up for this lost class.
Class length:
Classes last 60 minutes and have the following elements:
-
Body set-up to help focus our minds
-
Warm up - To mobilise our joints
-
Main section - Pilates exercises.
-
Flexibility - To stretch our muscles.
Equipment:
Each week I teach with a range of equipment, to keep the classes fun and to aid client ability and progression in learning the Pilates exercises.
Using equipment such as:
-
Small balls
-
Weighted balls
-
Magic Circles
-
Resistance bands
-
Foam rollers
Increases client precision and control, and over time will aid body awareness.
ALL the exercises can be achieved without the equipment, so it is never a necessity to use these pieces!
